Recently, Mulder’s retractable leash locked up and would not retract anymore. I thought about returning it but the receipt is nowhere to be found. Luckily, I took a chance and contacted Aspen Pet, the company who makes these wonderful products. I got a quick response with instructions on where to send it back. Soon after, we received a package with a brand new retractable leash with a bonus toy and some treats! Now, that is “customer service”.
