I almost tried this Pancit one day when I had quite few Filipina coworkers. However, I didn’t since they added pork and I don’t consume it. Thanks for the recipe, now I can try it.

Anyway, I am wondering which part of states do you live? In Winnipeg, I find calamansi very easy which I usually use for Manadonese (North Sulawesi) dishes.

I live in Portland, Oregon. I have not seen them here.

I’ve made this vegetarian too. It is easier when you don’t have chicken or other meat on hand.
