Newly Transplanted

For about three weeks now, we have been slowly building our seed farm. It is so rewarding to see sprouts come up from the soil :-) Most of the seeds were saved from last year’s harvest so we did not have to buy a lot of new ones.

GRS has a good article about starting seeds indoors.

I’ve given up on starting from seed. Seasons here are too short. What are you growing? :)

Slammie,

It is relatively short in Oregon too so I start the seeds indoors in late February / early March. By the time summer starts, the plants are already mature.
