A couple of weeks ago we visited the island of O’ahu in Hawaii and we had a great time! Mulder had his own vacation at the PetsHotel but this time he actually did quite well and was excited when he got home. Portland had a late winter “storm” today with accumulations of 2-3 inches! Everything melted by noon then it was business as usual.

The Chocolate Festival is being held for the benefit of the World Forestry Center. What a way to indulge your chocolate cravings and help a good cause.

First things first. Lunch was at Bunk Sandwiches where I had the house specialty Cubano Pork Belly Sandwich. It was an indulgence totally worth the fat content! Marcel went the healthier route with a Vegetarian Torta.
